die Zahlen…

I want to post my latest “weigh-in” and mileage numbers before we head out to Paris and then Berlin this weekend…

The temptations (of which I will embrace and indulge in) of giant bucket sized beers,

platters of sausages and kraut and closing time Kebabs

MUST be countered with runs in the Tiergarten and along the Seine. I’m actually bringing my running shoes…….again, I ask….WHO am I now?

So,

current weight-91 kilos (200.62 pounds)

amount lost-15 kilos (33.06 pounds)

goal weight for the PDX return-88.45 kilos (195 pounds)

I’m now running 5.5 miles a day (except one weekend day) for a total of 33 miles a week.

Congratulations. . . Nothing like a job well done and boost in ego hey home-slice? Or shall I say home-slice-less!

Keep it up, I too am trying to get down to just under 200 by the time you start inflating my mind in my second round of Intermediate Sculpture. Hope your having the best of times in Europe!

We/I miss you at the college

Am absolutely convinced that Caroline Boyle-Turner’s weighing scales in Boston is wrong. 200lb, no way! I’m a fit, beer drinking Irishman who does all his canvas strectching himself and when I read that someone on your blog wants to get below 200lb I assume I am below 200lb myself! David, trust me; think of the quality of life you are sacrificing and the german sausage you have left behind. Oh, did I really say that?
